also available in our Grab & Go case, is the ticket for delicious
heat-and-serve meals at home. Pick up your dinners at
lunch and enjoy a relaxing meal at home without the fuss. Available
seven days a week, all Dinners for Two include entrée and
side dishes. Ask our wine experts to help you pair dinner with the
perfect selection from our wine department. Leave the restaurant
frenzy to others and settle back for a relaxing, elegant Dinner
for Two.

Prepared Sauces Our prepared marinara and pesto sauces
come ready-to-go, great tossed with pasta or spread on a CM prepared
pizza crust and topped with your choice of veggies, meats, and fresh
CM mozzarella from our cheese department. Dress up grilled onions
and squashes with our tomato basil sauce or sauté prepless
mixed vegetables in Alfredo sauce.

Salsa Bar Our salsa bar features several varieties
of our CM Signature salsa, a tasty, fresh companion to fajitas,
chicken, or tortilla chips. Try our CM 4th Anniversary Salsa, prepared
with fresh tomatoes, garlic, onions, Serrano chile peppers, cilantro
and fresh oregano, or our fresh Mango-Papaya Salsa, a tropical-inspired
salsa of mango, kiwi, papaya and just enough heat to remember the
tropics. For a bold and zesty approach to beef, top your grilled
flank steak with our wonderful corn salsa.

Signature Dips Our Signature Dips include fresh guacamole
(a perfect blend of avocado, chopped tomato, lemon, and seasonings),
and hummus (a Middle Eastern spread made from mashed chickpeas seasoned
with lemon juice, garlic and olive oil- great served as a dip with
pieces of pita). Love Dip, a customer favorite, is prepared with
tomatoes, garlic, cream cheese, fresh lemons, cilantro and tarragon.

Visit our Chef's Case where you'll find dozens of exciting entrées
and side dishes prepared fresh daily. Foods from our Chef's
Case can be individually packaged for large parties or for a quiet meal
at home. Our Chef's Case makes it easy to put together fresh and fabulous

If you'd rather enjoy a sit-down meal
visit the Central Market Cafe at either of our two Austin locations.
Our Cafe chefs have prepared a fabulous menu featuring our signature
sandwiches, salads, pastas and entrées. New
specials are featured each day, as our fabulous chefs create
new ways to please the palate. Dine-in or call
ahead for pick-up, seven days a week. Need a night out? Join
us on the patio each weekend for live music under the stars.
