Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas
1 3/4 cups rolled oats
1 can chick peas, drained and rinsed
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons honey
4 tablespoons coco nut sugar
pinch of sea salt
1/2 cup almond milk
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
2 ripe bananas
1 3/4 cups rolled oats
1 can chick peas, drained and rinsed
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons honey
4 tablespoons coco nut sugar
pinch of sea salt
1/2 cup almond milk
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Directions:
Preheat oven 390 and spray a 9" x 9" baking pan with cooking spray and set aside.
Put all of the ingredients (except chocolate) into a food processor and blend until smooth.
Fold half the chocolate chips into the batter.
Pour into pan, then sprinkle remaining chocolate chips on top.
Bake 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
The Banana blondes will be VERY moist when taken out, but they will firm up as they cool.
Don't over cook these - or they will become dry.
Once cooled, gently cut into 16 bars.
