BBQ Ribs



3 racks Pork Loin Back Ribs

2 Tbsp Paprika

2 Tbsp Sea salt

2 tsp Pepper

4 tsp Oregano

4 tsp Cumin

2 tsp Chipotle powder

2 tsp Garlic powder

2 tsp Onion powder

1 cup Honey


Combine paprika, salt, pepper, oregano, cumin, chili, garlic, and onion powder.

Sprinkle spices generously over both sides of the ribs.

Let stand and prepare the grill.

Heat your grill to 325, then turn off the burners under the ribs.

Put ribs on the grill over indirect heat, then close the lid and cook for 2 hours.

Baste ribs occasionally, during the last 20 minutes of cooking with warm honey.

Ribs are done when tender and meat pulls away from the bone.

Or until the meat temperature reaches 200, check with a food thermometer.

Remove ribs from the grill and cut into serving-size portions. Enjoy!
