Bell Peppers, Sausage and Spinach


2 tsp olive oil

4 Italian sausage, remove casing and crumble

1 cup onion, chopped

4 garlic cloves, crushed

2 green pepper, diced

8 cups spinach

Heat 1 tsp of olive oil in a saute pan.
Add the sausage to the olive oil and brown.
Remove sausage and set aside.
Add the onions, garlic, bell pepper and spices to pan.
Saute until the onions are translucent.
Add the spinach and cook for 1-2 minutes
Return the sausage to the pan and stir together.
Add any cheese, sauce or pasta you like and serve.
