This creamy chicken cordon bleu casserole is so simple and it makes for the perfect low-carb dinner.

Ingredients:
2 lb. cooked chicken (shredded or chopped)
6 oz ham
21/2 oz butter (melted)
2 tbsp. milk
8 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
1 tbsp. dijon mustard
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 cloves garlic minced
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
2 cups shredded cheese of choice (swiss or provolone)
2 tbsp. Chopped chives for garnish
2 lb. cooked chicken (shredded or chopped)

21/2 oz butter (melted)
2 tbsp. milk
8 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
1 tbsp. dijon mustard
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 cloves garlic minced
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
2 cups shredded cheese of choice (swiss or provolone)
2 tbsp. Chopped chives for garnish
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400.
Stir together butter, milk, cream cheese, dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic, worcestershire sauce, parmesan cheese and 1 cup of shredded cheese until smooth.
Fold in chicken and ham.
Pour mixture into a 9" x 13" casserole dish and add the rest of the cheese on top.
Bake for 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the casserole is bubbly and golden.
Garnish with fresh chives and serve. Enjoy!
