Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding


1/2 cup chia seeds

1 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk

1/3 cup cocoa powder

4 tbsp. Coconut sugar (or Stevia)

3/4 tsp. sea salt

Whisk together cocoa powder and sea salt.

Stir in chia seeds and sweetener of your choice.

Add almond milk and stir well.

Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour or overnight. Enjoy!
