Crispy Baked Chicken Tenders


2 eggs

½ cup mayonnaise

¼ cup water

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

3 tablespoons flour

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon pepper

1 teaspoon onion powder

2 pounds chicken brests, cut into strips

dry parsly for dusting chicken.

Preheat your oven to 400, then line a baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.

Whisk eggs, mayonnaise and water in a pie pan.

In a another pie pan, whisk breadcrumbs, flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper and onion powder.

Dip chicken, one at a time, into egg mixture, then into breadcrumb mixture and press crumbs onto the chicken.

Place breaded tenders onto the prepared baking pan.

Dust tops with dry parsley.

Spray tops with olive oil spray, then bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until light golden brown. Enjoy!
