Easy Cinnamon Bread


Cinnamon sugar mixture:

2/3 Cups Sugar

2 Teaspoons of Cinnamon Bread:

1 Cup Butter, softened

2 Cups Sugar

2 Eggs

2 Cups Buttermilk
(Or 2 cups Milk + 2 tablespoons Vinegar or Lemon juice.)

4 Cups Flour

2 Teaspoons Baking Soda

Cinnamon sugar mixture:

2/3 Cups Sugar

2 Teaspoons Cinnamon

For the Cinnamon mixture:

In a bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon.
Set aside

For the Bread:

Cream together butter, two cups sugar, and eggs.
Add in milk, flour and baking soda.
Pour 1/4 into each greased loaf pan
Sprinkle 3/4 of cinnamon mixture on top of batter in each pan.
Add remaining batter to pans.
Sprinkle with remaining cinnamon mixture and swirl with a knife.
Bake at 350, 45 - 50 minutes,
or until a toothpick inserted in the bread comes out clean.
Cool 20 minutes and remove from pans.
