French Toast

Ingredients:
4 eggs
2/3 cup milk
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla
8 thick slices bread

Directions:
Heat large frying pan on medium heat. Grease well with butter.
Add all ingredients, except the bread, whisk well to combine.
Dip bread into egg mixture, dredging on both sides, place on hot, skillet.
Cook until breads starts to turn golden brown.
Flip and cook on the other side.
Remove to a plate. Serve warm, with syrup a sprinkle of powdered sugar and fruit if desired.
