Grilled Shrimp Kabobs


4 tsp lime juice

2 tbsp olive oil

1 clove garlic minced (or 1/2 tsp garlic powder)

2 tsp chili powder

1/2 tsp cumin

1/2 tsp paprika

3/4 tsp fine sea salt

1/4 tsp pepper

1 lb. fresh shrimp (20 to 24 shrimp)(thawed if frozen)

Lime wedges

Cilantro for garnish

Combine lime juice, olive oil, garlic, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, salt and pepper.

Put shrimp into a ziplock bag, then pour marinade onto shrimp and toss to coat and marinate for only 30 minutes.

Preheat your grill ton medium heat.

Thread shrimp onto skewers, 5 to 6 shrimp per skewer.

Sprinkle shrimp with additional salt and pepper to taste (optional). Grill shrimp for 2 to 3 minutes per side, or until opaque.

Remove from heat and serve with lime wedges and cilantro if desired. Enjoy!
