Baked Halibut Dijonnaise


For the Fish

4 halibut fillets

8 Oz. baby shrimp

4 Oz. marinated artichoke hearts, diced

4 tbsp. Dijonnaise Sauce

8 slices Swiss cheese

For the Sauce

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tsp. course style Dijon mustard

a squeeze of lemon juice

Sea salt and pepper

Preheat the oven to 350, then line a baking sheet with foil.

Place halibut fillets in baking pan.

Cover halibut fillets with shrimp and artichokes.

Top with Swiss cheese on each fillet.

Cover all with the Dijonnaise Sauce.

Bake for 20 minutes until fish is firm and lightly browned. Enjoy!
