Mango Salsa

 
 
Ingredients:

2 Mangos
1 Small Red Onion
1 - 2 Apples
1 Lime, juiced
2 Tbsp Mint, minced
Directions:

Dice all of the ingredients up and then combine them in one bowl. Chill in the refrigerator 30 minutes and serve.
This refreshing salsa is good served as a salsa with chips or for topping grilled fish or chicken.
