Pecan and Oat-Crusted Salmon


2 salmon fillets (6 ounces each), remove skin.

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

3 tablespoons oats, crushed

3 tablespoons finely chopped pecans

2 tablespoons olive oil

Preheat oven to 400.

Put Salmon on a baking sheet; sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Combine remaining ingredients; press onto salmon.

Bake until fish just begins to flake easily with a fork, 12-15 minutes.
