Pecan Pie Muffins


1 cup packed brown sugar

1/2 cup flour

1 cup pecans, chopped

2/3 cup butter, melted

2 eggs, lightly beaten

Combine brown sugar, flour and pecans; set aside.
Combine butter and eggs and stir into brown sugar mixture.
Fill greased and floured miniature muffin pan cups two-thirds full.
Bake at 350, 22-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in muffin comes out clean.
Remove from pans to wire racks to cool.
