Red Velvet Brownies

 
 
Ingredients:

For the Brownie Layer

One box brownie mix for a 9" x 13" size pan

7 full sheets graham cracker

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

2 cups mini marshmallows

half a 7 Oz. can of sweetened condensed milk

For the Red Velvet Layer

1 box Red Velvet Cake Mix

1 stick unsalted butter, melted

1 large egg

3 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
Directions:

Preheat your oven to 350, then line a 9" x 13" pan with parchment paper.

For the Brownie Layer

Prepare brownie mix according to directions and pour into the pan.

For the Red Velvet Layer

Lay Sheets of graham crackers, then top with chocolate chips, marshmallows and drizzle milk.

In a large mixing bowl, add red velvet cake mix, melted butter, egg and oil, mix until dough forms.

Scoop dough over marshmallow layer then press to flatten.

Bake for 40 to 45 minutes.

Let cool completely,(about 3 hours) when cool, cut into squares and serve. Enjoy! Enjoy!
