Salmon with Honey

Ingredients:
2 Salmon fillets
Salt and pepper
Extra virgin olive oil
2 Tablespoons salt free butter
3 Tablespoons honey
3 Tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
2 Lemons
Cilantro, for topping
Cooked rice, for serving
Sesame seeds, for topping (optional)

Directions:
Season salmon with fine sea salt and cracked pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and place salmon in the pan.
Cook 5 minutes on one side, be careful do not burn the surface.
Flip salmon over and cook for 2 minutes.
Remove and put salmon on a plate.
In the same skillet, add butter, honey, soy sauce and juice from 2 lemons.
Stir and cook over medium heat for 2 minutes, until thick.
Taste and adjust seasons.
Cook if for 1 minute or 2 if you like thick glaze,.
Put salmon back into skillet and spoon sauce on top.
Stir cooked rice with a squeeze of lime juice.
Serve salmon on rice and spoon on more sauce.
Sprinkle with chopped cilantro, add a lemon wedge, top with sesame seeds and serve.
