Strawberry and Chicken Salad



For the Salad:

1 1/2 Pounds Chicken (cooked + diced)
8 Cups Spinach
10 Large Strawberries (sliced)
2 Avocados (diced)
1/2 Cup Red Onion (sliced)
1/2 Cup Feta Cheese
1/4 cup pecans
8 lime wedges

For the Dressing:

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon dried basil
Salt and pepper to taste


For the salad:

In a large bowl, add spinach, strawberries, avocado, and pecans, then crumbled feta cheese,  then top with chicken,
and serve with Balsamic Vinaigrette.

For the Dressing:

In a small bowl add balsamic vinegar, olive oil, dijon mustard, raw honey, dried basil, salt and pepper to taste and whisk together.
