Strawberry Swirl Bars

Ingredients:
Cooking spray
1/2 cup Crushed graham crackers
1 Tbsp Butter, softened
8 oz Cream cheese, softened
1/4 Cup sugar
6 oz Greek yogurt
2 Egg whites
2 Tbsp Lemon juice
1/2 tsp Vanilla
1 Tbsp Flour
1/4 cup Strawberry jam
Cooking spray
1/2 cup Crushed graham crackers
1 Tbsp Butter, softened
8 oz Cream cheese, softened
1/4 Cup sugar
6 oz Greek yogurt
2 Egg whites
2 Tbsp Lemon juice
1/2 tsp Vanilla
1 Tbsp Flour
1/4 cup Strawberry jam
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°.
Spray a 8-inch square baking pan with non-stick spray.
Mix graham cracker crumbs and butter until moistened.
Press into bottom of pan.
Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla.
Beat in yogurt, egg whites, lemon juice and flour.
Pour over graham cracker crust.
Stir jam and drop by small spoonfuls on top of filling.
Use a knife to gently swirl jam and create a marble effect.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
Cool to room temperature.
Chill 3 hours.
