Upside Down Chocolate Banana Cake


1/2 tsp fine sea salt

1 cup sugar

4 eggs

1 cup + 3 tsp Almond flour

2 Tbsp coco powder

1 tsp baking powder

1/3 cup brown sugar

3/4 cup water

4 bananas, cut in half lenthwise

olive oil spray

Preheat your oven to 355, then grease and flour a 9" x 13" pan or two 8" x 2" round pans. Note: If using round pans cool compleatly befor plating and stacking layers.

With a blender mix together salt, flour, and eggs on medium for 10 minutes.

In another bowl wisk to mix flour, coco powder and baking soda.

Next add dry ingrediant to wet and wisk to mix compleatly.

Add brown sugar and water into a sauce pan and boil for 10 minutes.

Spray baking pans with oil.

Pour water and sugar into your baking pan/s.

Place sliced bananas cut side down on the bottom of the pan.

Pour cake batter over bananas and gently shake pan to make shure it evenly covers the fruit.

Bake at 355 for 45 minutes, cool in pan befor turning over onto a plate and slicing. Enjoy!
