Slice off the bottom tips of the strawberries.
Use a melon baller or a small spoon to make a small hollow on the insides of the strawberries.
Put cream cheese in a bowl then beat with a mixer until smooth, 3 minutes.
Add powdered sugar and beat until combined.
Add cream and vanilla, then beat for 1 minute.
Spoon cheesecake mixture into a piping bag fitted with a closed star tip or place the mixture in zip-lock bag and snip off the tip of the bag.
Pipe cheesecake mixture into each strawberry.
Sprinkle tops with chocolate chips, heart shaped candies and serve standing up on a plate. Enjoy!
