Vegan Taco Pizza

Ingredients:
1 Cauliflower Pizza Crust
1/4 cup salsa
1/2 cup Spicy Tofu
1/4 cup shredded vegan cheddar
1/4 cup chopped lettuce
1/4 cup red onion slices
4 cherry tomatoes, chopped
1 black olives, sliced

Directions:
Preheat oven to 450.
Spread pizza dough on an oiled parchment paper lined baking sheet or directly on an oiled baking sheet.
Bake at 450° for 10 minutes.
Top pre-baked pizza crust with salsa, spicy tofu, onion slices and shredded vegan cheddar.
Bake at 450° for 5 minutes, or until crust is turning slightly brown and vegan cheese is melted.
Top pizza with chopped lettuce, tomatoes, and black olives.
